Do NOT use this taxi service! With no exceptions this worst taxi service Ive ever received and I grew up in NYC. Need a ride from the airport. We stopped three times in less than 15 miles to allow the driver to do personal errands. Conveniently didnt have the means to accept credit card, even though we discussed it before I entered the cab. Used my phone as the drivers personal hotspot to complete the transaction. I would have gotten there about the same time if I just walked.

After picking up a few groceries and a prescription at Walmart this afternoon, I called Sam's Taxi in Fayetteville NC. The gentleman who answered the phone asked me if I had groceries. I replied that I had 3 bags of groceries. I would be waiting on the Pharmacy side and I that walked with a cane. He said he would send a cab right away. While I was waiting, I met a friend who was on her way into the store. She waited outside with me and when the taxi arrived, my friend helped me load the 3 bags into the back seat. She had to go around to the driver side to load the last bag. When we arrived at my house, the driver input data into her personal iphone and showed me the amount which was $10. 14. I gave her my debit card, said I would pay the tip in cash and handed her a $5,00 bill thinking she would at least help me unload my 3 bags of groceries. Maybe put one or 2 of bags on the curb or something, like other taxi drivers do. She did nothing. She watched me struggle, I unloaded 2 bags to the curb, then come back, opened the driver's side back door and retrieved the last bag. She did not even open the back door for me. My 2 regrets are that I called Sam's Taxi in the first place and that I gave the driver a 50% tip which she did not deserve.
