Food is top notch if you can deal with spotty Fayetteville service. The one in Southern Pines is grade A all around.

Service was horrible. Food was nothing great. Not going back anytime soon. First, when we showed up, we wanted to try the Calamari because my in-laws raved about it. The waitress shows up and tells us they haven't served that in months. Questioning her response after she left, she ran back and said she was talking about the wrong appetizer. So we got our appetizer, good taste. Next, we ordered Grilled Shrimp Pasta and Santa Fe Chicken. She responded "very good choice." When the food came she gave us the Santa Fe and a "Four Cheese Chicken Pasta". We told the waitress we didn't order that! She goes on to say that my wife, who wanted the Grilled Shrimp, said she heard the Four Cheese when ordering. She then has the nerve to try to blame my wife then infront of everyone makes her point out the dish she wanted on the menu as if she was illiterate. The waitress has some nerves, I payed for my meal, left, and called the manager, I will never go to another Tripp's again.
