She helped us maximize the sale price by researching appraisal prices of nearby houses. She was very easy to communicate with and kept us informed of any and all updates regarding our listing. She was receptive to our input but also gave us solid advise regarding counter offers and negotiating tips. She worked with the buyers to make it as easy as possible with our complicated moving timeline and was very flexible when plans changed. Tashia Parker at Five Pillars was absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication is big for me, Tashia kept me updated every step of the home buying process from showings & offers to getting to the closing table. Tashia was able to work around my schedule but most importantly she understood my needs and criteria. She really cares about her clients to make sure she's doing everything she can to find a great fit for buyers, and make the process as easy as it can be during these already crazy times. It was also lovely working with an agent at Five Pillars that understands not just my immediate needs, but my long term goals as a real estate investor as well.

We worked with Ali Garced. Ali is a master at her craft. We are so thankful to have had her as our agent and cant say enough great things about her. She is THE person to call when relocating to Tucson, especially for military families. We certainly had a complex set of requests, but Ali easily handled all of them. Were a military family moving to Tucson, are first time home buyers, were buying remotely from the east coast with no prior experience living in the SW, and only had 3 months to buy before we moved. We also wanted a fairly updated house with ample outdoor space and a pool. Ali went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire buying process. She was incredibly responsive, driving to listings we sent her within an hour of two of receiving it. Since we werent on-site, she sent us detailed videos and walkthroughs of properties, including drive-throughs of the neighborhoods to give us a feel for the area. We didnt quite know what we wanted at the beginning of our search, but Ali was extremely patient with us, visited every house we asked her to, and helped us define what we truly wanted. She expertly walked us through multiple tools we could use to put in a competitive offer in this impossible housing market. She gave us great advice on home inspections needed for the Tucson area and sat onsite for every inspection. (We had around 5 separate inspections.) Ali also successfully negotiated some needed house repairs for us, which we did not expect in this market. Even after closing on the house, Ali continues to help us with important activities, such as changing locks, setting up utilities and security systems, and other odds and ends. We ended up getting everything we couldve wantedthe perfect house for our needs in a great location and at a great price. We were also able to use the VA loan thanks to Alis advice and guidance. So many of our friends told us to give up on using the VA loan in this market, but Ali knew the right mix of tools necessary to ensure we could still use the loan and avoid having to switch to a conventional loan. I highly recommend Ali to anyone relocating to Tucson. She is incredible.
