I wish I could give Janson Plumbing Service more than 5 Stars. My elderly Aunt phoned explaining she has a dripping kitchen faucet, he said he would stop by and take a look at it. He was a man of his word. He came out like he said and fixed the problem. He explained to my Aunt and to me why it was leaking and what he did to correct it. I cant thank him enough. In this day and age its hard to find an honest plumber with integrity, he was a ray of Sunshine, not to mention an actual person to talk to on the other side of the phone when she called. I came home from work this evening around 4:45 P.M. and noticed my yard was flooded with the source coming from the irrigation system on the side of my home. I went to investigate further and to my surprise the PVC connection had broke causing water to continuously erupt out of the pipe. I called another company around town and they said no one was available after hours and the best they could do was an appointment tomorrow morning at 9:00 A.M. That wasn't going to work considering I would have to shut off the water to my home. Plus they were $$$ for after hours and the service. Janson's Plumbing was my next call. Billy picked up immediately and was asking questions and for photos to better diagnose the problem. He said I'll be there in a few and sure enough roughly 15 minutes later he arrived. He was able to repair the PVC pipe and at a significantly lower price than the other company. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services in and around their home.

Jason the plumber never called me back after making initial contact with his personal cellphone. That was an experience within its self. Nevertheless, Jason stated he stated, Im feeling under the weather and I will contact you back after I recover. I assume Jason the plumber is still sick because I never received that call. Unfortunately, fortunately, I had to contact Roto-Rooters to get the job done. I must say Roto-Rooters did and excellent job. They are a little pricey but they certainly handled their business. Well, so much for trying to keep the business and the money in the community. I give Jason the plumber one star simply because Jasons words hold no value with me. If you tell some that you are going to do something, then, DO IT. Be like Nike and DO ITBe EazyOne!
