Elizabeth the initial doctor was absolutely amazing but holy COW is it hard to get prescriptions they themselves order. She said shed send them when we left, they never were. I called the following day and front desk gets extremely sassy saying the doctor has 72 hours to reply but she wasnt understanding theyve been ordered several times and no one has sent to Walgreens. Im worried this is going to be continuous as my son needs help. I wish this place would do better for the staff part. The doctors were angels but the rest of them need to be more helpful or go.

I've been coming here for over a year and every visit has been exceptional! The staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly, and I feel that they truly care about their patients. They are always patient with me and quick to answer any questions I have [no matter how trivial the question may seem] any time I go in for an appointment. The first few visits did take a little while as they needed to get my medical information and to work through trying different treatments/medicines. Now I mostly go for check ups - for these visits, they always get me in to see my doctor quickly and she is very good at making sure to take the time to actually listen and check in with me on how I'm doing with my medication. At the end of every visit they make sure I get a copy of my visit summary, and are very accommodating/considerate of my work schedule when they go to schedule my next appointment. The security guard during the afternoon shift is also great! Anytime it's dark out when I leave an appointment [during the winter months when it gets dark early] he offers to walk me out to my car to make sure I get there safely. Overall, wonderful experience every time I go in for an appointment!
