A few details won't even begin to encapsulate the experience I received here. I was searching for glasses that were fun and unique and that better complimented my face. Mallory and Mr. Richard went above and beyond with dedicating their one on one time to help me find that perfect pair. Dr. Ciampa listened to my complaints about a prescription that I received from a previous eye doctor and gave me a new prescription that has made a world of difference. It's obvious when you come here every person has a passion for what they do and for helping and caring for people and their needs. Every person is so knowledgeable and sincere it is truly refreshing finding people and a business like this one.

This place has the most genuine and nicest people! Because of restrictions from covid they are mostly by appointment which caught me by surprise not even thinking about restrictions in an eye glass place. They cleaned every set of glasses we touched to ensure they were safe and clean for the next customers. They allowed me to call and text for communication and I really loved the text option! They got us scheduled and we love our new glasses. We bought 3 pair. Their selection is awesome! I wanted to buy more but I couldn’t afford more 😂.

I've been using MetrSpecs for going on 10 years now. Dr. Ciampa is fantastic! She listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. Every exam I've had there is thorough and caring. I've been to other eye care places, and nowhere else do I get the same high quality of care I get here. The frames selection is great too. Richard and Mallory are amazing at providing the best customer service for my glasses.

Had my eye exam done here, staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and patient as I brought my two small children with me to my appointment who were VERY EXCITED to be there. 😂 My husband and I both purchased glasses from here, Mallory was amazing working with us both and getting us taken care of. She is so kind, so friendly, and she even fitted my glasses for me before I came in to get them and I cannot get over how well they fit me! 💖 We will definitely be bringing our business back here time and time again for any future purchases/exams/etc. Thank you for having the most excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
