I have stayed here several times mainly due to cost & location. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help meet my needs. Unfortunately, aside from from desk service and cost, this hotel doesn't have much to offer.
Overall, rooms are not super clean but not dirty either (usually). I have had to change rooms due to bed appearing to have been re-made with the same dirty sheets s couple of different visits. Front desk staff was friendly each time and did not complain. I wonder if the cleaning staff is taking shortcuts they don't know about. Each room seems to have different fixtures (whatever was available at the time something broke?). Not all lights or outlets work in every room. Most working outlets are out of reach or in use. Bathroom cleanliness is OK. TV's are different room to room but no complaints there- at least there is a guide channel here. Other guests/ neighborhood are noisy as late as 11-12 PM. Heat/AC works pretty good but be pepared for it to be off when you arrive.
I do not recommend if your budget allows for something nicer, but if you're willing to risk changing rooms and you are not traveling for pleasure, this is fayetteville's "best value" (and by that I mean cheapest).
