Serenity Integrated Medical Spa

I've tried contacting for months, after calling everyday for a week straight i drove up there this morning, pulled up the same time as Sueanne the only person who works there as she mentioned. She said she only came in for appointments on Saturday. I said well it says 9-6 on Google. Well I'm the only one here. I have 1 appointment and i have other things to do today. I mentioned ive called and messaged thru the website, which she swore she returns all calls and messages, no voicemail which she said is always on. The doctor who owns it seems not to care about anything. Thankfully groupon gave me a full refund. This place should have no business with deals ona place like groupon when they can't answer or return calls to schedule appointments. 0 stars. I hope this doctor gets shut down, extremely unprofessional and rude sueann.

Ive never had a problem with this doctor. Everytime i needed help she made sure she helped. Ive been having a hard time finding a new doctor because of my pregnancy nobody wants to treat me so everytime i reached out to her she always helped she is a caring person always takes the time to know her patience! Does anyone know suzannes last name though? I know this review says curtis fisher lol thats my husbands name im samantha brownjust so she knows who left her a good review

I called this office when I was running out of my medication and needed a new Dr. I spoke with The Dr’s assistant - SueAnne who was very kind and helpful. Dr. Montilus was very accommodating and squeezed me in the same day! I have had several visits with the Dr and every time I’m greeted by SueAnne with a friendly smile. She is always willing to work with my schedule and gets me seen when needed. Suanne always returns my phone calls immediately. The Dr spends time with me and never is in a rush. I’m so thankful to have found my new Dr! Thank you both SueAnne and Dr. Montilus for always going above and beyond! If you’re looking for a Dr who cares about her patients this is the place to go! -Brittany V.
