I believe I got 2 or 3 cuts before they told me my grass caused excessive wear on their equipment. They wanted to charge me an additional $50 and waited 2 weeks when it was time for the next cut before they told me. Could have been handled differently.

This company does phenomenal work. The employees who cut the yard are great. Their customer service in my opinion was horrible. This was the 4th time they cut our property and each time has been horrible customer service. To be honest, I would continue my business with this company and even pay more for the other little work I need/want done, but I can no longer deal with the representative who picks up the phone when I call in.

We called to get an estimate everything seemed to be very professional. However, I received a call back that was super "Bless Your Heart" rude. There are too many options to be treating potential customers as disposable. Maybe we were and that's ok, but I would look elsewhere just because of the lack of professionalism from their office. ... Reply to comment below: Sir or Maam, I received a call at 7:58 this morning from your office likely in retailiation to this post. I agree free is not free and maybe your office staff could use their billable time towards something else. Additionally, it would be nice to also understand that your customers are also working professionals and maybe the call back was not an unintentional "waste of your time" but one from a working mom juggling 55 plus hours, school aged children we are teaching, and more. Maybe your service of free estimate should have a disclaimer. Thank you.

They done an OUTSTANDING job on my yard yesterday! Our mower broke and we have septic leaks in our backyard causing the grass to go well over your head. They came in and knocked it all out and were also very professional and friendly/easy to talk to and ask questions. I know my yard was very tough to work on but they kept a smile the whole time! Signed up for bi weekly with them! I’ve NEVER seen my yard look this great! It looks AMAZING! Thank you guys so so so much! Now my son and dogs finally have a yard to play in! ♥️ Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

I recently had some work done and I must say they did a great job. Everything was picked up after all the trees were cut. They are very reliable and offer some reasonable prices as well.
