      Hi Michelle! Thanks so much for reaching out! Hate that you had that issue as it is annoying not to connect with the company you intended. The phone lines are up. Only thing we can figure out is that you might have dialed the wrong number for another company with a number close to ours, or you have called outside of business hours. We generally have four people Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm handling calls. If you'll call us then, any and every one of us will be happy to share insurance information with you. (910) 425-0097.
