Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Fayetteville Fort Bragg Area

We had to get a refund. My boyfriend and I had a reservation for the Ramada in Fort Bragg for two nights. We arrived as was given a room that haven't been clean. The room had the sheets stripped but the TV was on and there were fake rose petals and decorations fr Valentine's Day which was on Monday and we checked Saturday! It was the worse. So we went down to the front desk to ask for a second room. And we were greeted by the smell of weed and a cockroach on the wall by the TV clear as day. It went to check the bed and and saw black markings around the mattress a sign for bed bugs. we quickly asked for a refund given that we were given two bad rooms and know the establishment had roaches. We were able to get a hotel 10min away at the Hampton Inn, best hotel and breakfast in the area. What ever you do, DO NOT stay here

Awful.. nasty, smelly. I went into 5 occupied rooms where people were already in. Toilets didn't work. Phones didn't work, horrible!
