I had 2 home inspections done on 2 different properties by Superior Home Inspection. This first one I had done was completed by inspector David Gist and I was extremely satisfied with the inspection that he done. He was very thorough and spent well over 4 hours on the inspection. The results of his inspection is why I did not purchase the home. I decided to use Superior Home Inspection for the inspection on another house that I was interested in because I was extremely satisfied with the first inspection that they had done for me. This inspection was completed by inspector Tracy Blackburn. Whenever I got the inspection report back there was nothing that really stood out to me as issues with the house so I ended up purchasing the house. I have now discovered issues with the house that is costing me thousands of dollars to fix. These issues should have been reported on the home inspection report. I feel like Tracy Blackburn rushed through the inspection, he was at the home maybe 2 hours (this house was much bigger than the first house I had inspected). I honestly feel like I did not get what I paid for with this second inspection and I would not use Superior Home Inspection to inspect another property. I am highly disappointed in the inspection that I received from Tracy Blackburn.

Daryl was amazing to work with. Very friendly and professional. Knows what he’s talking about and was very thorough when doing the inspection. He was able to answer all of our questions. Made our buying inspection a breeze.

Daryl came recommended to me by one of my co workers. He did not disappoint. I actually walked out on a deal because of how the inspection came about. Daryl in the long run saved me a couple thousands dollars that I would of had to pay out of pocket had I went through with the contract. He will definitely be my go to guy when I find my next home.
