Fitness NC Hope Mills

Very quaint, small-medium sized local-feeling gym. Very warm Entrance and engaged staff. Clean, clean, clean throughout. Plenty of motivational postings along the walls. Not that many machines to utilize but those that are, seem to be functioning well. No sauna but not expected either. Uniquely located in a large parking lot adjacent to busy traffic. This is a good local place to get and stay in shape.

It is 10/02/23 there was a mix up on my payment i called and talked to someone on 09/29/23 to correct it i was charged twice they didnt explain why my key was never activated so i called seve4al times no answer on 10/02/23 i called several times so i can use the gym no one answered until about 3pm i started calling them around 10am the girl that finally answered the call was very rude and have the nerve to ask me why i was calling so much that she had other clients that she was attending to and that she would have called me back . Mind you i started calling the gym arount 10 am so why no response that gym is always empty thats why i chose that gym i dont agree with the way the girl answered interogated me on why i called so much all she had to do was answer the phone and say please hold or simply yell me to call back since she was attending another customer not good fitness nc not good treat your customers with a little respect . But the gym is always clean and never full so you can move around and use equipment with little to no wait not sute what happened to the lady at the front but she needs to learn how to communicate instead of giving the customers the third degree on why a paying customers are calling so much

Very convenient gym..never packed and the owner is very nice and keeps the place super clean
