Was in Catherine's today and a representative of Player Inc., was extremely rude to the manager, also a Player Inc., maintenance man, and police officer were called in because roadside signs and sign holders were out. Their behavior in front of customers during these stressful times was uncalled for. Will avoid any locations Player owns or manages.

We contracted Player Inc. to do the remodel of Bleecker Buick GMC dealership in Red Springs, NC. We have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. From Richard Player III, Brian Hecke, and Roger Bedsole we have nothing but high praise. They are timely, stick to their deadlines, and perform beautiful work. It is very difficult to work with a manufacturer on "image makeovers" and it is apparent that Player Inc. has mastered this art. I am one with complete inexperience with contruction projects, but being able to work with these fine gentleman it has gone very smooth. Roger Bedsole, in particular, goes out of his way to make sure that all of our employees are comfortable as possible with the process. Kudos to Player Inc. and their magnificent job and employees.
