I called Lane & Lane because I needed help in getting my ex-husband's consent to adoption and custody questions. I had a phone conference with Mrs. Lane to discuss custody questions and when I called she explained that she didn't have very much time to answer my questions even though I had an appointment. When I asked a few, she rudely told me that she will not answer them until I pay $300 for a conference. The thing is, she wouldn't even answer my questions to tell me whether or not I needed a lawyer! After politely asking my questions she said, "Now, I'm going to have to be rude and end this conversation." On their website it says FREE NC CASE EVALUATION. Ha, yeah... Not so much. Would not recommend Mrs. Lane for any kind of services.
