Usually over priced but it was worth it for the experience however I will not be using or recommending this company anymore. Since they were bought out my family has lost money and it seem Customer service has dropped on their priority list.

Do not get your eyebrows microbladed here!!! The girl just started doing microblading in January and has no idea what she’s doing and is charging the price of $350. The before and after photos posted on this page are NOT her before and afters. Very misleading!! When I scheduled the appointment initially I told them that I wanted to book with the person that posted those pictures and no one said anything. Was told that I could come in for a THIRD appointment to have the redone because they look exactly the same as before. This procedure is very time consuming and a bit uncomfortable. What full time working mom of 3 has time to have to keep coming in for something to have the same outcome?! I have spent quite a bit of money at renaissance between this and several other services I’ve had done, but I will not ever revisit due to them not offering a better solution and due to the managers attitude. Went in for Consult told price of $85 2 days later have hair done. Hair looked orange! Grays not all covered, looked like my hair was already 3 weeks grown out cause color and highlights not done to the roots! Some strands of hair have 3 DIFFERENT colors on them! Go to checkout and they tell me it is $136!!!! I asked how since he quoted me $85 2 days prior! I had to wait two days to go see another hair dresser for another consult just to be sure it wasn’t me. NOPE NOT ME! Hair dresser said it was a hot mess! Asked how long it had been since I had my hair done. When I told her 2 days ago, all she could say was “Holy Bananas”! I went in just letting them know I was new to area and needed new hair dresser as lwanted them give me honest evaluation and not to bash another hair dresser just to get my business. I am waiting for return call to see if they are going to refund me. That is only resolve to this matter! I WILL NOT go here again or recommend! AWFUL!!!!!

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere, clean equipment. The people are friendly. What more can you ask for out of a gym? Update: So the only problem I’ve discovered with this gym is that they forgot to mention that when I was signing up, that I was actually signing my soul over to them and there is no way out. Not even my first born and a kidney could get me out of their contact. I recommend not signing the contract and finding another gym, or bringing a good lawyer with you when you do sign. If I could go back in time I would tell my self, DON’T DO IT!!
