Hello, I read your review Goldee. We haven't changed our hours we are still providing 24-hour care. We get several requests for needed daycare hours which aren't available due to other children being in care during these same needed daycare hours. I ask everyone if they are private pay, have DSS vouchers, or if they are in the process of getting them. I also ask if either parent is on active duty. Since we accept military assistance payments also. So, I know what form of payment will be received and if I need to provide you with additional information for these 3 different types of payment.I always send one or two other providers' names and phone numbers when we do not have the needed daycare hours. Ms. Annie 910 487 0817 and Mrs. Wendy 910 476-6976. I always thank the person who inquired at this facility, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. My response is sent in a text message or by email so there is clarity, a reference is sent, and I ask them to keep our number for future needed daycare. Most times I follow up to see if alternate daycare has been found. If it hasn't, I suggest they contact Kinder Care or a Panda Daycare.I am very sorry; I do not recall a conversation the way you wrote your review.
