I wish there was something lower than one star because that is what I would give you. This place has the worst customer service ever! Please know your policies before you talk to your customers. You just cost Sprint a loyal customer for over 10years because of your bad customer service. The key thing about Sprint is that they have no idea that there ship is sinking! They lie to their customers and then pretend that everything is okay. 95% of its Facebook page is customers complaining about their service. I was once a loyal customer until, I got the worst customer service every!!!! They are like loan sharks without the loan! See it for yourself. Go to there Facebook page and see that almost 95% of their customers are upset and disappointed with their service!

Worst service I have ever seen. Only three employees were around to handle a crowd of about a dozen people. Two employees were behind the desk, "assisting" some customers, and by assisting I mean they were having irrelevant conversations and gossipping instead of actually trying to get things done in a timely manner. They were not even talking about phones or explaining things or anything, just gossipping about nonsense. The third employee was wandering around the store, not bothering to ask "Can I help you?" to any customers, whether they were in line or browsing the products. I eventually flagged down the wandering employee because I needed my phone fixed and it was a rather urgent matter, and he informed me that the store only had specific hours dedicated to technical support and that I would have to come back the next day or leave my phone there overnight. He refused to even look at my phone for a few minutes. When I left about 20 minutes later the first two employees were STILL carrying on their irrelevant conversations, leaving the other customers waiting in line. Don't even bother wasting your time here -- if the awful service doesn't get those braindead employees fired, the economy will eventually.
