        Fred the service man was nice, the system didn't work, had four rooms and the stairs done. First the system doesn't vacuum it has two brushes that are supposed to pick up dirt and scrub the carpet, he shows you the brush and tells you the dirt is in the top of the machine, but there is nothing keeping it there! After he was done we checked the carpet with a white paper towel, which became dirty after we checked, he redid the house with the same result, I don't recommend this company and if you do use them please check the carpet before they leave
