I told them I had a promaster with 5700 miles and 200k warranty.... they set me an appointment for 4/6/18 9:45am and I get there and they tell me they don’t work on vehicles with warranties

We had an issue with our Fiat. Although it did take a while to get it fixed Misty W. in service was excellent! She was able to provide us with a loaner car and called us with an update even when the only update was that we they were still working on it. I was really impressed with her and that she followed up after we got the car back. She was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone!
