Time Warner Cable Business Class

Service is terrible and they don't have properly working personnel to solve this issue. Starting from the 18th of March i have the same issue 8 times.

Nice facility and employees are always nice and helpful. I deducted a star only because the self pay kiosk has been out of order for the past few months. It was much easier/faster going to the kiosk to pay the bill

Had a appointment at 5pm. Got a call at 6pm that they would be late. After reaching out to spectrum for hours and being transferred to 10 different associates I finally got a call at 8:30pm to tell me they weren't going to show up and had to reschedule. Totally disrespectful to me by saying my time is not valuable and made me sit around. Worst part is they won't reschedule me until 3 days later. Absolutely a embarrassment of a company by not respecting their customers time. Not trust worthy to show up for scheduled appointments. Won't notify you of not being able to make a appointment till hours later after leading you on to believe they will will still show up . And again, won't even make you a priority to reschedule . My advice is to go to a different internet provider that will actually show up and install their services. This company can't even seem to get the installation/activation part right. God knows how long it would take them to actually fix anything if any issues arise after the installment. Should be ashamed.
