    I made a appt at 10am confirmed 2 times through email showed up for my appointment nobody was there and nobody would answer the phone.

    I booked an appointment at the store a couple of weeks in advance and sent an email to ask if they had a specific gown by Maggie Sottero in stock. I have called them 4 days in a row with no answer (granted, I found out that theyre closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so I cant fault them for 2 of those days) and left a voicemail. They have not replied to my missed calls, voicemail, or email. Id like to cancel my appointment due to the huge red flag that this kind of customer service puts up but I cant get them to pick up the phone to do so. I have called at least 8 other bridal shops and all of them have answered on the first call. Ive looked at other negative reviews here and I understand that awful communicative skills may truly not be our [their] intentions but after so many people have complained about customer service their mistakes are no longer mistakes.

    Great great experience Candice helped me with everything I needed she worked with me financially and all I sent her the dresses I wanted to try on and she had them ready for me the dress I ended up picking wasnt even a dress I sent she picked it for me and it was perfect thank you so much I highly recommend this place its professional and so cute inside prices are great.

    My experience with Blush Bridal was complicated. The store is small but has a beautiful selection of dresses. Theyre an appointment-only salon, so you receive very personal attention during bridal appointments. I worked primarily with Candace, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the bridal industry. I was very grateful for her help and expertise when I initially purchased my gown. I do think Blush would benefit from improving their timeliness and communication with clients. At the time of purchase (end of December 2018) I was given a delivery window of late May/early June. My dress didnt arrive until mid-July 2019. I understand that bridal salons are at the mercy of designers and overseas manufacturing, so timelines are temperamental. Regardless, I do wish they had been more upfront about my dress delays when I first followed up at the start of June (6/5), I was told it would be shipping out in the next two weeks. Two weeks later (6/19), I was contacted and told the dress should be here by the end of next week. I followed up on 6/28 to ask if the dress arrived, and a few days later I was told it hadnt even arrived at the designers warehouse in Texas. Long story short my dress didnt arrive until 7/11. Then, when I promptly picked up my dress on 7/12, I ordered my veil. I waited to order it because thats what they had advised when I ordered my dress, claiming veils only took a couple weeks to arrive. At the time I ordered my veil, the stylist (not Candace, another woman) told me it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Of course, it arrived 7 1/2 weeks later, exactly 3 weeks before Id be leaving for my destination wedding. When I picked it up, it wasnt the right veil. The veil I ordered was fingertip length, soft ivory/candlelight, with a simple hemmed edge. The veil that arrived was an ivory, cathedral length veil with a blusher and thick trim (I tried on two veils in total, neither was even remotely close to this). The stylists scrambled to figure out a solution fortunately, the veil designer had my veil in stock and available for shipment. A little over a week later, the correct veil arrived. However, the salon offered little more than a mumbling apology. I had to inquire about the price difference in the veil (the correct veil was more than $100 less than the veil I was initially charged for), otherwise I dont believe I would have been refunded. The most baffling part of the entire experience (besides the salon ordering the wrong veil) was how irritated the stylists seemed by me. I was very mindful to never tip the scales into confrontational, as I know how hard customer service can be; however their communication was curt, and at times dismissive and rude. I honestly think my situation was a worst case scenario I dont believe any business could survive if my experience was the norm. However, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this salon. Poor communication and customer service. I can honestly say the only regret I have regarding my wedding is buying my dress and veil through Blush Bridal.

    I could not be happier with my experience with Blush Bridal! I drove from the Raleigh area after hearing great things about this beautiful shop. First, I love historic houses, so naturally I loved their location! Second, I loved that my appointment was private with my own personal consultant, Jessica. It was the first time I really felt like a "Bride!" I needed a second trip to decide and Candice was kind enough to accommodate my same-day late afternoon request. She and Jessica stood in front of that giant mirror with me on both my trips and gave honest, helpful opinions that helped make my decision and made me feel confident I chose the right dress! I would highly recommend this shop for Brides all around the NC area. I'll definitely be going back to pick out a belt to go with my dress!! Thank you Jessica & Candice!!
