Awesome sale on candles that day & they were very well stocked. I enjoyed the layout they had it was like a journey through the store however the check out line is always pretty long & I need bigger baskets!! The workers here however had Amazing energy & truly helped me shop. I was asked what scents I enjoy & it made me actually think about what I really wanted!

I dread going to Bed & Bodywork at the Fayetteville mall the lines are always so long and the wait time is so crazy. They usually only have one register open and sometime if I am lucky they will open 2.

I have been a customer of Bath and Body Works for lots of years. I spend thousands a year with this company a year. My last experience was not a pleasant one. I had taken back a candle holder that my mom had got me for my birthday. I had only had it a few days when it started leaking. The holder was $70. I went in the Fayetteville NC store at the mall. The manager Angela waited on me. When I told her it was leaking, she basically called me a liar. She had such a bad attitude. Now I know why there wasn't any other customers at the store the day that I went in. I was so upset that I almost walked out with the broken candle holder. I did the return with her and left. I had planned on buying more stuff after I did my return, but I changed my mind after having such a bad experience. I will not be going back to this store. They can keep their bad attitudes and their broken merchandise.
