It may not be for this branch. But I would not recommend to use this bank. Poor customer service for the bank. I tried to close the bank account from different states and called many times. Each time has different requirements to get it done. I followed the customer service direction and emailed the bank manager per requested. Not to know its not done yet. No customer service called back. Then, a warning notice for negative balance. What?! Where is my little refund balance?! From positive balance to negative balance(bank monthly charges), then the customer service told me, no, it can not be closed due to negative balance. And, nothing they can do. I got angry! So, what happened to all suggestions & rules......! There is no customer service, only kicking the responsibilities. Gave a negative star if I could. The worse experience & never use it again.
