I had a cracked bumper due to a tow and the only way to fix was to replace. I was greeted friendly by the receptionist upon arriving for my estimate she quoted me and I called back the following day and they let me know available appts and worked with my schedule to get my vehicle done. But when I got it back I was not expecting such quality it is PERFECTLY matched and blended with he rest of my vehicle and honestly gives it a fresh look. Needed a stud replaced on my car, set up an appointment and they told me the vehicle HAD to be dropped off. I didn't have that option. I told them that I didn't mind waiting, even if it took hours to fix. The condescending tone in that man-child's voice is what drove me away when they said I couldn't just sit in their waiting area. Literally took me 35 minutes to replace the stud myself. Only reason I went to the in the 1st place was because the tire shop that broke the stud sent me to them. Never again.

I have been through a lot with this car accident 2 months ago and the thing is, the people here know the runaround I've been getting. Actually my car was hit twice by two different people. Neither accident was my fault. There was miscommunication between the insurance company and I about the deductible. It was unexpected so I walked out to try and get money transferred for my savings account to my checking so I could pay the complete deductible. It isn't like I didn't have the money. It was all in my savings account. I know it was getting close to them shutting down and closing up shop but I was standing outside and I motioned for the lady moving my car to please give me a minute because I was getting money transferred. It was 4:54. She said, "Are they doing it now because we close at 5: 00." I couldn't believe that she couldn't give me a few more minutes. Crazy thing is, the minute she drove off to lock my car up, the money was in my account. I understand people want to go home but what's wrong with being a decent human and just giving an extra 5 minutes? She didn't even ask if I was going to be okay or anything. She just drove off and locked my car up once I said don't worry about it because I was just over it. No one wants to be nice nowadays. Sometimes a few extra minutes could mean a big difference. Thank God I lived in the neighborhood so I took the 15 minutes and walked home. All you can do is pray for people who don't understand simple acts of kindness because they don't understand that one day, they will need someone to extend them some grace.
