This complex has terrible communication. We signed a lease and were given a move in date of Oct 8th, which was then delayed 4 times so they could spray for bugs, each time only telling us THE DAY we were supposed to move in. My husband called a day ahead of the last move in date to make sure it was still happening and they said it would be fine. The next day, move in day, they finally told him the place was uninhabitable and offered us one more expensive and further away from where we needed to be. The most compensation they would offer us was $200 off the first month of rent, which is ridiculous considering the month is almost over at this point. So happy we dodged this bullet and won't be living here, but it was really frustrating how long they strung us along when we needed to be out of our current home by the end of October. That time could've been better spent finding other accommodations. Edit after response from owner: Sure delays happen, but it's not okay for them to happen 4 times with no warning before the move in date. That's unacceptable. Stop making excuses and start working on your communication.

Do NOT rent here. The management is absolutely ridiculous! Theyre horrible about communication. We were directly misinformed about how much our rent would be for renewing our lease. Then after we signed the lease, they change it almost $100 extra from what we agreed to pay.
