We have called on Willie Saul & Son Plumbing Inc. several times in the past. In January, the really came through for us, they are fantastic. What a godsend! So helpful and professional. They took care of us during a very stressful "frozen pipe" experience involving 2 floor in a historic home. So thankful for their quality work getting us back up and running! They are truly a 5 star company.

They replaced a hot water heater for us. The service was prompt and they were neat and clean. The service tech called us before they came to let us know when they would be there. Very good service. Highly recommend them.

I started using this company because the house I purchased in 2018 had their name on my water heater and pump. Every time I've called them for something they have been so kind in educating me on my system and I never felt like they were selling me something. Well today I went in to purchase my water filter and I had a general question about my well and I've had a lot going on this year ..My mom passed away 3 months ago, my house is falling apart and my yard decided to have a hole in it. I was talking to Mr Bill about it and he calmed my nerves with just a gentle conversation and suggestions about something that had nothing to do with the well or plumbing. I don't think he understands how much that help me breathe a little. I never once felt like I was just a product while he talked to me like a human. I'm trying my best not to cry right now but that little conversation and suggestions really done a lot for me. Thank you Mr Bill Johnson. And thank you W&S plumbing for your time in educating and prompt service.
