        The main reason they are a two and not higher is their lack of responsiveness. We are greatly disappointed as we have had them do work with us before and they've done a great job in the past. However, trying to get a hold of someone for updates and quotes is a monumental task. We have been sitting on an installed pool for 3 weeks without electrical power due to lack of communication. They were quick to come out and assess the job. We were told we would receive a quote within 24 hours. Two weeks later we have yet to receive a quote or install date and have received numerous excuses from the main office. No callbacks. I understand if they are busy. Just give us an update without a song and dance.

        My goto and have them handling my friends wiring and the like needs. Check your homeowners insurance, if you do the work yourself they will not cover if a problem. Best to have it done professionally.
