I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! THEY FILED BANKRUPTCY IN JANUARY 2018 OWING US QUITE A BIT OF MONEY!

I wouldnt use these people. They are not trustworthy. I trusted them to pay me for an advertisement I have run for them and they have left me on the hook for a bill over $2,000. Id be glad to take down this ad if you get straight with me

In my opinion, a 1 star rating is too good! I submitted a claim through my Home Warranty and they put me in touch with this company. Three days went by and NO one ever came out to look at my AC unit. The temps have been in the high 90's to 100's and when I called to ask if anyone would be out to fix my unit the receptionist said "no, we can't get to you today" She didn't even seem to care. This was just unacceptable to me so I called my Home Warranty Company and they put me in touch with someone else. They came out that day even though it was late and they were closing. Now THAT is good customer service and THAT is how you keep customers coming back!
