Lee Mastin and team have been true champions! My husband and I have had a dream of having a homestead farm for more than 40 years. We were now in a place to make it happen, but needed someone who knew all the nuances of each jurisdiction and had the real skinny on the local real estate market. Lee was amazing. He was able to guide us into properties in areas that fit us perfectly. And once we found the place, he had the perfect lender (Daniel Denny at AgSouth Farm Credit) and attorney (Emily Barr Andrews in Elkin)! Having the right connections is so important. There were tons of difficulties with the sellers, but Lee and crew used every bit of their knowledge to make it happen for us. Lee is without a doubt one of the top realtors in the area. No matter how big or how small your needs, he is there for you. We are so grateful to know him and recommend him to everyone we see.

Updating this review 6 years later. Original review below. Gambill just helped me sell the same house (moved for work), and as unbelievable as this sounds, he was even more helpful this time around, handling almost all aspects, even those well outside of the requirements. If I ever come back to the area, will be using him again without question. Original review: I am currently in the process of buying a house through Basin Creek Realty. Gambill Aldridge is the man. He will bend over backwards to help make the process run smoothly, going above and beyond what is required. Furthermore, he is 100% honest, trying to save the buyer as much money as possible. He will point out issues he sees, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend using Chris Hockenbury for all your realtor needs! He was very quick to provide us with the information we needed to help us square away all of the details to settle on the land for our future home! 10/10 service!
