I believe I've seen every doctor, so far.
All of the staff has been super friendly, and welcoming. They make it easy when I call because they recognize our names and previous issues. Checking in is easy, I walk in.. they say, "I've got you checked in" no need for extra paperwork. I think that's awesome.
They call you in quickly and sometimes you have to wait, but who doesn't? Doctors get busy. So, I always set the extra time aside. When they do come in. It's quick and easy.. and you're out the door.
I'm a new mom who calls with questions often and they help me out. If they feel that something is truly wrong with the baby, they will have her come in that day.
The 1 star reviews are unfortunate but I've not had a bad experience with them!
