The store used to be my go to store for auto parts, on my last visit I went to pick a headlight restoration kit, I found the Turtle Wax kit that I used before; when I was ready to pay for the item the employee suggested a different product that they don't keep in the shelves (I'm sure there is a reason for that!) the product suggested was Upol Blend#9. Upol #9 is a blending solvent to fade out the edges of clearcoats and solid colors. My mistake was to apply the product on one of my headlight before doing more research, went back to the store and spoke to the nameless Manager on duty, refused to accept a exchange for the actual Polishing kit for headlight restoration or a refund for a product they push constantly and claim that works since they sell 100's of cans. I challenged the Manager to go out and apply the product and show me the evidence that Upol #9 works for headlight restoration; obviously he refused. Will never go back to this store, fortunately for me; there are 2 more auto-parts stores to fulfill my needs.

gene took the extra tome to find a product that acomidated my needs on the fly...even find product in store but not screen... he went ablve and beyond as an employee for employer...great employee
