Took a chance on getting a room for the first night of our get away. Sometimes you're glad a chance was taken, this was one of those times. It's not fancy, but........ Would definitely go back! The room was clean and country comfy. The view from the balcony is priceless for someone who loves the mountains. Incredible view. The owners took time to chat with us about a bunch of stuff, and that was nice. Great people. They have 2 goats and it was fun watching and talking to them because they would make noises in answer. There are 2 fire pits if you want to sit and enjoy the quiet. The only issue we had was hearing our neighbors talking thru the wall. Nice place over all. Would stay here again without a thought. It's also just a couple minutes from the blue ridge parkway. Another plus.

We have really enjoyed staying at his little mom-and-pop Motel the people are wonderful Roxy is a great person and I know I will be staying again in the future
