After 10 years of seeing water pooled under the house I called Mike too come and see what can be done. He inspected and told me good news no termites. Then he told me what needed to be done to end the water problems. I said set a time and do it. Used to see water after the shortest rain, now after 2 weeks of constant rain I see no water. Great guys did the work. They were polite professional and steady. This is the company if you have moisture problems!!!!!

Usually long-winded reviews are negative. This one is not. I want to tell you about my experience with Bottom Line. Houses are big investments. We take pride in our homes. It is important to perform pro-active measures to protect our investments. One of the most important factors being crawl spaces. It is often overlooked because it is not a place you pay much attention to. Not many times do you find yourself underneath your house. If so, you may have problems you need help with. We hire professionals to perform the tasks and services we are not comfortable doing ourselves. We often call companies we know and hear about. The crawl space is often something we associate with expensive repair, without a doubt. I had issue with water coming from my crawl space leaking onto the garage, which is on slab. I knew that meant water underneath the house. Not being a rocket scientist - I knew moisture meant fungus... I also know that fungus is attracted to or associated with weak or compromised wood. All of which you don't want underneath your home or supporting your home. Mike and his team at Bottomline were the second person I called for help. The first company was completely overpriced. The company started with "J" and ended with "S." Upon inspection from the first company, I was confronted with an $16,000 proposal. All to fix the simple problem of water leaking from my crawl to the slab. Accompanying the whooper of a proposal were photos of the worse portion of my crawl space - which was blown out of proportion and over blown. It was a way to justify the $16,000 I suppose. I got thinking and anticipated the revenue this company generated went to billboard, TV, and radio advertisements. Also the revenue probably went to paying commissions to the brave photographer who ventured under my house. I learned of Mike and his team from Facebook advertisement. I looked at photos of his work on the FB page. I gave Bottomline a call. I called and they crawled. Mike showed up and gave me options - he took time to listen to my concern. In just 2 days I had an estimate in my inbox. Of which was very reasonable in price and tackled the true issues I was facing. I approved the proposal and his team was at my home the next week. It felt great to be valued, heard, and taken care of by their team. They are truly on your side. Throughout the entire process, if I had questions, I called Mike. My concerns or questions were quickly addressed. I was comfortable leaving home to work each day knowing I could trust them and my crawl space was getting fixed. I will strongly recommend Bottomline to all of my friends, customers, and anybody for that matter. I can give the referral in confidence. Crawl space work can seem daunting ($$$). It is one thing you don't want to wait on and be pro active with. It almost seems like tooth decay. It will only get worse with time... Let this review save you time and money. It is invaluable to build relationship with a trusting contractor. Call Mike and his team... Afterall - You call, they crawl.
