Kathy Givens, owner. Is a lazy, lying, master manipulator. She will lie straight to your face. She blames everything on the pandemic and is rarely if ever in the office, leaving her two former female employees to face the brunt of justified anger that should be directed towards her. Her two employees have begged repeatedly to be properly and fully trained (I have seen the text messages) and offered numerous suggestions to help but Kathy only pretends to care and then disappears for days at a time again and again. Shes repeatedly placed her friends ahead of people who have been waiting months, when and if she even bothers to come in. If her mouth opens, shes lying. Shes very good at it apparently and keeps people hanging onto hope blaming everyone and everything but herself. There are ZERO reasons that the work isnt getting done other than HER. No I am not an employee, her former/ current employees are not disgruntled liars or thieves (as she likes to say) she is simply a narcissistic and horrible excuse for a human being who takes advantage of grieving families. Please take your business elsewhere.

I really wish we could give a negative Star. I feel like a 1 star is entirely to much. They are very unprofessional. Been waiting for a headstone since April which thru promised 6-8weeks only to get a letter in May to say it would take 20 more weeks. I would like a full refund. No one answer the phone no one is in the office. The door says temporarily closed. ***UPDATE: HERE WE ARE 6 MONTHS LATE AND THE ARE REPOSTING THE SAME LETTER THAT THEY SENT IN MAY ABOUT THE 20 WEEK WAIT. REFUND ME!!!!!! ***UPDATE: I AM ABLE TO SAY 8 MONTHS LATER MY SON HAS HIS HEADSTONE. IT WAS DONE VERY GOOD. NO COMPLAINTS..

They cashed my check 4 months ago and have yet to write the death date on my husbands stone. They wont answer the phone. If they couldnt perform the service they should have sent the check back. Ive heard they have gone out of business.
