Davis Monuments & Portable Sandblasting

This experience was phenomenal. My cousin passed away in August 2022. He lived in NC and I live in Maryland. I was assisting my aunt (a shut-in) with taking care of the headstone for her son. A friend of my aunt's provided her with a brochure and she selected the headstone she wanted. I conducted all of the business either by phone, text or email. Brenda was awesome. they told me it could be about 7 months because of covid. It only took 4 months. For them to start the process, they requested that I pay half. Not a problem. The balance was not due until the headstone was set, a photo was text to me and my aunt gave the approval. The picture was great, but my aunt had her church elder physically go to the site and give the approval. This took about a week after the headstone was set. I was never rushed or pressured to make the final payment until they received the approval. My aunt is very happy with the results and Brenda made the process easy. Great experience!

We have had a similar experience as Lori. Our father died in October and we are still waiting for them to place the date marker on his grave. Peggy has given us so many different excuses its ridiculous. I hope the marker arrives soon!
