        Recently moved in about 10 days ago, I started enjoying my townhouse from day one. The approval and moving in process was very easy. Beatheia and Holly was very helpful in answering questions and providing me with any information that I needed. Maintenance is very timely. It is very peaceful at this community. I will recommend it to family and friends.

        From calling and getting information, to emailing questions, completed the application, and moving into the town house I rented it has been the smoothest process I could have hoped for. Holly is an absolutely amazing property manager or has the best customer service I have had the pleasure of encountering in such a long time. When I walked into my new town house to unload, there was a little welcome basket with sponges, dish soap, and other little sweet items I might have needed. It was such a small but very thoughtful thing. They have been cleaning out the neighborhood, most of the people I have encountered are new renters within the last few months and say they love it as well. There are some police and sheriff personnel that live in the neighborhood which I love. They allow pets, and are warm and welcoming when asking about their pet policy. The few things I had concerns about were addressed within 24 hours. It is a peaceful, quiet, beautifully diversified area that I am so happy to have moved into despite being so close to down town. I love my new home and plan to stay for quite a while. It is also very family friendly, people drive speed appropriate.

        I'm entering my fifth year of residency here and have yet to experience a problem that wasn't handled quickly and cordially by the Staff. Looking forward to more years of the same courtesy and professionalism.
