This office is very professional and has a very nice staff. Nicole, Haley, Meagan and Dr. Elsa. Dr Elsa is very kind and she listens and i genuinely feel she cares about her patients.

Wonderful staff all the way from the front desk receptionists to the doctors. They really make you feel welcome, and provide excellent care.

Contacting them is impossible. No one answers the phone. I went to them for help with mental health issues in 2023. They kept rescheduling, lost staff, or made virtual appointments for me knowing I didnt have the ability do them... all while I ran out of my medication to keep me stable. I spiraled, lost everything, and went homeless for quite a while. I've been out of state for four months with nothing to my name, but suddenly getting messages from UNC that they're making appointments for me. A prime example of everything that's wrong with the NC medical system. Where it's not just cracks you fall through, but canyons into the abyss.
