The manager of this store is AMAZING. I can not put into words how kind and helpful she is. I went to the Sallys in martinsville and had A terrible experience and the employees were so rude so I visited this location and she got me everything I needed to fix my hair. She was so sweet and helpful. She even called me later that day(which was Christmas Eve) to make sure that everything worked out I have never had customer service like that before, I called her again today because I purchased something from another Sallys and she helped me and answered every single question I had . It is hard to find good employees like that and I couldnt recommend her or her store more.

Ivy is such a great associate to have on your team. She is kind and patient with kids , answers any questions you have goes above and beyond and has a great attitude :)

Roy is always very helpful and knowledgeable every time I take my wife here. Hes always happy to help and Ill never go anywhere else!
