Price Point Plumbing

Do NOT go ANYWHERE else for your plumbing needs!!! We had a sink clog fixed, sink replaced and disposal replaced. We had gotten a quote from a knock-off company off of Neighborly who gave us an estimate of $1400 for the installation of the appliances alone. At this point we had been unable to use our kitchen or cook for months. That's when I called PricePoint. The service and integrity of this business is EXEMPLARY! They worked us into their schedule, gave us an estimate that was 60% less than the other company and stayed true to their word, WITHOUT sacrificing any QUALITY. Our total cost for all of this: $400!! (I'm adding context by saying we're a young family with VERY high HOA dues that basically debilitate us from doing anything to our home in order to sell down the road) I spoke to the owner first, when I called on a Saturday. He was exceptionally polite, professional and genuinely honest (I sense these vibes very easily). The very nice young lady who was doing scheduling (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) was on-point with confirming the times and also went out of her way to find information on the right type of disposal I needed to get while I was in the store at Home Depot. This level of service is unheard of these days. The most amazing part of this company is that they are trustworthy, and very responsive. Pricepoint changed our outlook on contracting services and we HIGHLY recommend you use NO ONE else. These larger companies price gouge everyone because they can, and they have a brand that's established. Moral of the story is, if you want to stay in business, keep your moral compass strong and stay honest. We will be sending all of our friends, family and real estate connections to Price Point for now on. Keep it up you guys! Ya'll make a great team and we will be using you again very soon for more services! God bless.
