False presentation. This is a corrupt organization that is getting away with mistreatment of survivors and staff because they have an inactive board. The people in the highest positions are very aware and a huge part of the problem. Many employees have been fired after speaking out. If you are a survivor and you have been mistreated here take it to WRAL investigates.

Wish I could rate this place lower :( very unprofessional - did more damage than good. OCRCC is a much better resource.

Terrible organization. The work they SHOULD be doing is absolutely invaluable. But as someone who has used their services, I found myself being re-victimized by one of DCRC's sexual assault ADVOCATES. Ethics are out the window here. They kept an employee on who crossed NUMEROUS, very CLEAR BOUNDARIES that led to a very low point in my life. Even after receiving an official grievance they didn't fire this person. Apparently meeting people for personal social outings, sending gifts to homes, and saying I love you to clients is A-OKAY at this sexual assault agency. I hope some staff restructuring happens soon, because y'all are doing Durham a true disservice.
