This company just ripped me off $170 for an additional appraisal fee from 11 months ago, very awful to do business with no copy of the appraisal. No forewarning of a impending fee on my charge card! Going to the BBB next.

I am a Real Estate agent in the area and Don Fowler was actually brought to my attention by a previous client. It took only a few conversations for him to be moved to the top of my lender list!
