They guided me in the right direction and worked to clarify truth vs lies that I had been told by my property manager. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and transparency.         Our ducts had never been cleaned and the house is 36 years old. The vents are in the ceiling. They did a wonderful job moving necessary items and also keeping any dust falling on items or the floor. Some of my ceilings are 10 feet high, so they did a great job.

        I was very happy with the service they came to the house and inspect everything for mold, and did not find anything, but I am so pleased that Mr. Author is coming back to put a mold prevention in my house to prevent mold from coming
