        Rude salesperson when I was inquiring about purchasing a watch. I asked about purchasing a specific Rolex and he laughed saying they cannot sell anytime soon. Now that may be the case due to supply but he was rude and another customer walked out with me and said this was normal at this place and try another authorized dealer.

        I cant remember the yound ladys name that helped me but she was such a delight!! She helped me from the time I called in until leaving the store. Provided 110% excellent customer service !
