Useless, Todd charged my $5000 for one year of advise and was a total waste of money. He had no problem spending my money and the only advise he had for me was to go to Vanguard. We had a meeting to compare Vanguard and Schawb and he did not even have the costs to Schawb--I had to go there myself to find out their costs. He was so impressed with himself that he had the Conscierge phone number to Vanguard. Big Deal!. He made it sound like it is a big deal to switch and it is not. He loves playing games and is never prepared for anything. He never returns phone calls or e-mails before 10:30 in the morning. He suggested that I buy a condo for $129,000 in Southern California and if he would have spent 5 minutes on Zillow he would have found out that it would have cost me $675,00 for a condo, but he is too lazy to do anything.
