South Square Townhomes

I work for a Vendor of South Square Townhomes. I have had a few interactions with Luke Michaels and I can honestly say he is always been pleasant and great to work with. Some of the situations that he has had can certainly be very stressful but he is always willing to learn what is need to address these situations with a positive attitude. He an extraordinary example of what a great partnership looks like! Thank you Luke! :)

I move to leaving here 4 months ago .. and Im really happy .! Is a nice quiet place ..!!! Also miss Kathleen Barry is so sweet and nice person .. she is really helper I need mention to the maintenance team .. I report 2 issues on my apartment and they fixed fast the same day ..! Im so comfty on this place ..!! the manager is so friendly too .. the place location area everything are close ..!

My husband and I moved in yesterday and everything so far has been fantastic! The move in process was slow-3 weeks from application to move in, but understandable due to staffing changes. Kathleen has been great with the move in process and was very personable. Our second day, we noticed a small leak in the ceiling of our kitchen. Curtis came down immediately and explained the situation and was able to remedy the problem quickly. Looking forward to my time here!
