This apartment complex is one of the worse one to live in. There is no management ever in the office and maintenance is trash. They bill you for something new ever month, as well as have hella inspection but they never show

I been living here for 13 months. I wanted a 4 bedroom but with none available I settled for a 3 bedroom I expressed my need for 4 bedroom to Dabney which worked in management office. Dabney always made sure work order tasks was completed,she also help with keeping our community clean , criminal activity reduced by helping law enforcement. Anyway a month or two before my lease was up. Dabney informed me of a 4 bedroom that would soon be available. I completed all my paperwork also paid my money towards 4 bedroom and the day before my move in date Homewood Real Estate Partners for no apparent reason terminated Dabney and her assistant. Without immediately replaceing them. The office been closed for over a week now. I’m now stuck in the same 3 bedroom after paying money and submitting paperwork for 4 bedroom .For a week I been calling the office , leaving daily messages , but nobody has returned my phone calls . All my belongings boxed and packed. Homewood Real Estates Partners from New York owning Naples Terrace Apartments in Durham NC is inconsiderate company no compassion or empathy for human life . .... Homewood Real Estates Partners owning Naples Terrace Apartments is a shady and questionable company. I soon will be updating my review along with necessary measures I need to take regarding this matter 😤😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
