Erin who works at the Medicare store was rude and very unprofessional. She text me and cancelled my appointment with Jeff and told me Jeff did not want to help me or my husband anymore and not to communicate with them again???she also said Jeff wasn’t making any money from our plans and they were helping us for FREE… REALLY COME ON NOW! Do not do business with these people…Jeff never called me or spoke with me he had Erin to do his talking!!!

I was referred to Jeff Frye for Medicare consultation and boy, did he deliver! I was initially nervous in 'meeting' him because this was a phone consultation and I have a hearing impairment that can sometimes present conversation challenges over the phone, especially with someone new. Jeff was professional & patient throughout; he spoke clearly and was willing to clarify whenever I asked questions. This definitely eased my nervousness. The best part was after we went over everything together, he drafted a Word document to summarize the options I had chosen, how much they would cost me, and when to expect the bills. This helped me so much and increased my confidence in him. He then sent this document to me along with the supplement plan materials. I highly recommend him for all your Medicare needs! Thank you, Jeff, for being so accommodating; I appreciate it!
