When I received the pre-order form for Fall pictures, I called the company to ask if I could order after the day of the photo shoot & was told, "yes." Unfortunately, the customer service rep failed to mention that they would add a $10 shipping fee, if I waited to order after seeing the proof of the photo. I called the company back to ask if they could waive the fee, since they didn't mention that in my first call, & the lady flatly denied my request.

Have had to work with them for various sports and school pictures for my students. Their customer service is poor and the couple people I have been able to speak to or email with are extremely condescending. I hope our schools can find another company.

If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible experience. I can't believe any school would hire these guys to take the senior portraits, or any other school portraits. Yikes!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The other reviews are accurate and I will be suggesting the school use another vendor moving forward. The pictures are blurry/low quality, on cheap and flimsy picture paper and the photos we received have clear signs of damage and color missing in areas. I called the office and requested to send the pictures back and have a digital download of MY sons photo sent to me via email. I was then told I could get a refund by sending the package back to the photography studio and I could go order a digital download for $20.00 on the website. Absolutely lacking in the customer service department. I will now have to either A) go setup my son with another photographer to have his photos retaken (and pay more money) or B) pay $20 for the digital download and then pay more money to have them printed on quality paper - both options leave me paying more money than originally spent at the hands of a company that apparently has very little talent when it comes to photography/prints. Several other parents were not happy with the pictures and will be getting digital downloads - we have expressed our concern to the coach in hopes this vendor is not used again. I would highly advise you do not choose this company if you want any type of quality finalized product.
