We initially had a somewhat negative experience that turned into a really great experience. There was a little too much information shared during a mammogram before a doctor came in which spiked our fears pretty significantly (and to be fair, we were nervous already going in). But, interestingly, we received a very nice call afterwards from a technician that went out of their way to apologize/explain their intent better and ask how my wife was doing--and she received a completely clean bill of health with zero issues. It meant a lot to us that they would take the time to call, apologize/clarify. Not many businesses these days do that and you could tell from the call that this employee really cares about their work. Overall we would recommend this facility to others.
